Convicted on all counts: Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane has lost her pergury case in court

Her attorney says "It's a crushing blow, but we have not lost our resolve.  We will continue this litigation.  We will continue this fight, because we believe our client has been wrongfully accused of this conduct."

Prosecutors say the evidence that she leaked secret grand jury documents was glaring: email messages, improper text messages, and witness testimonies.

Kane was the first woman and first Democrat elected as attorney general.

Lawmakers are already asking for her to step down, but as of this morning, she is still acting attorney general.

Kane is appealing the case, but could face up to seven years in prison if she loses.
