Controversial Abortion Law Blocked in South Dakota

A federal judge in South Dakota has blocked a controversial law that requires women who want to have an abortion to face a three day wait -- the longest wait in the nation. Under the law, women would also have to undergo pro-life counseling before having the abortion. The law had been slated to take affect today, but Planned Parenthoods injunction has prevented that -- stopping the law while the matter is being debated in court.
