  Christian conservative Rick Perry will tell us officially tomorrow that he's running for president. His team said he'd make the announcement on Saturday.  Here's what we know about Perry. He's the longest serving Governor in Texas history, 11 years, with 27 in public office. He is a pro-business tax cutter. He stands for Christian values in the workplace and the rights of churches. He believes the Boy Scouts should have the right to ban gay scouts. He believes each state should vote individually on gay marriage. Texas has fared well through the recession, but it does have the highest rate of uninsured residents. It It also has some of the poorest populations in the country.
