Chick-Fil-A Caves Not: They Are Still Giving To Groups That Support Traditional Marriage

Even though the Detroit Free Press, the Associated Press, USA Today and Huffington Post all reported on a letter from a Chicago alderman penned by Christian restauranteur Chick-Fil-A, saying it had dropped its support of traditional marrage groups like Focus on the Family, apparently, the letter may not exist. The alderman who made the statement, Dan Moreno, was quick to get in front of the press Wednesday, but hasn't produced the letter he mentioned. Then Thursday, Chick-Fil-A owner Dan Cathy said his Christian beliefs still stand, and its donations are unchanged: about 70 million dollars to 700 different groups.
