Charter That Made Pennsylvania A State To Be Displayed In March

 The original Penn Charter that established Pennsylvania in 1681 is scheduled to be displayed for one week starting March 10th at the State Museum in Harrisburg. That's the 332nd birthday of Pennsylvania. Also on display will be an 1863 note written by Gov. Andrew Curtin ordering the defense of Pennsylvania's border. The document was written in the days before the Battle of Gettysburg, It's considered a pivotal moment in the American Civil War.
