Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey has written a letter to President Obama, asking him to give the Keystone state more home heating aid. LIHEAP aid is cash to help the low income cover the cost to keep the heat on this winter. He said he's asking for more cash because heating costs for natural gas and heating oil in Pennsylvania are expected to skyrocket by as much as 19 percent this winter. The president has proposed a 50 percent cut to LIHEAP funding. 204 million dollars was handed out in Pennsylvania last year.
