California Couple Fined For Holding Bible Study... At Home

A family from San Juan Capistrano, California has been fined for holding regular bible studies in their home. Apparently, it violates the city's zoning code. Charles and Stephanie Fromm were fined 3-hundred dollars for holding the Bible study without a "conditional use permit." About 50 people attend the Bible study and the city says it caused parking problems in the Fromm's neighborhood.
