Appelate Court Rejects Traditional Marriage Lawsuit In New York State

There has been a blow to traditional marriage in New York state. Late Friday, an Appelate court rejected New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms lawsuit against the state Senate. They had sued saying the decision to make gay marriage legal in the Empire state was illegal, because it was done in closed door meetings, and without a popular vote. The group says it's sitting down with a team of lawyers to figure out what the next step is.
