Obama-care won a major battle Wednesday when a federal appeals court ruled that a government requirement to buy health insurance does not violate the Contitution. The three-judge panel decided that the requirement falls under a clause that allows Congress the power to regulate interstate commerce. The one dissenting judge says this ruling could lead to greater intruisions by the government in the future. The ruling can still be appealed at the U.S. Supreme Court.
