The Scranton School District, scene of an 11-day strike two years ago, could be dealing with another work stoppage soon.

Scranton Federation of Teachers President Rosemary Boland said members are "very, very disappointed" with the treatment they've received.

School board president Bob Sheridan says he hopes a deal can be reached, but "there's just no money" for the district to work with for a new contract, given a deficit expected to reach $40 million by year's end.
