American Debt Hits A Milestone

  For just the second time in U.S. history, American debt has reached a symbolic tipping point. The soaring 15-trillion-dollar national debt is now equal to the value of all goods and services produced in the United States in one year. That hasn't happend since the national debt topped the size of the economy for three years during and after World War 2. Economist Mark Zandy of Moody's says this shows the grave need to address our spending problems.
