The companies have created adult vending machines to promote the Jell-O temptation line of desserts. In order to keep kids from receiving the pudding, the vending machines use facial age detection technology to determine whether the person is old enough to obtain a sample. If the person is found to be a child, the vending machine will shut down and ask the child to leave the area.
