A PA congressman says he supports a new bi-partisan effort to fix what ails Obamacare

Congressman Glenn Thompson is part of a group of 40 lawmakers called the Problem-solvers Caucus.

One of their goals is to save rural hospitals.

Thompson says since Obamacare was enacted, nearly 100 rural hospitals nationwide have shut-down.  He's helping to piece together a bill to stabilize insurance marketplaces under the Affordable Care Act.

Nearly 20,000 people in Congressman Thompson's district, the 5th Congressional District of Pennsylvania, are forced to pay a fine because they don't have health insurance under Obamacare.
