A New York state senate race that could impact the balance of power in Albany is still undecided

780 votes separate Democrat Todd Kaminsky and Republican Chris McGrath on Long Island.
Kaminsky leads and has already declared victory but McGrath won't conceed until all the votes are counted.
It's a race to replace former senate majority leader Dean Skelos who was convicted of public corruption.
If Kaminsky emerges victorious, Democrats will control all branches of government at the state capital.
