A jury rules 'guilty' in the murder trial of a Hornell man

It took a Steuben County, NY jury nearly four hours to convict a Hornell man for the death of his girlfriend's infant son.
Dakota Miller killed 17 month-old Ian Maniske-Huff on Thanksgiving day, two years ago.

District Attorney Brooks Baker says the goal was justice for Ian.

Miller's attorney, Thomas Star, says there are other family members who should have been implicated. The defense is planning an appeal.

Miller will be sentenced to 25 years to life in prison in early September.
