Pike County District Attorney Ray Tonkin says jurors "have delivered the penalty that is so richly deserved by Eric Frein."

Last fall, the state's highest court upheld a temporary moratorium on capital punishment in the Keystone State.

The last time the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania put to death a condemned killer was 1999.
