A casino controversy in Niagara Falls, NY

Governor Andrew Cuomo is taking a hard stance against the Seneca Indian Nation when it comes to casino payments to the state.

The native-Americans have not made a single payment in over five months for the casino they operate in Niagara Falls.

Mayor Paul Dyster says "we would prefer a situation where there was a negotiated settlement.  We want to be good neighbors to the Senecas."

Governor Cuomo says if the Seneca's don't pay up, the state may allow a non Indian-owned casino to go up in Niagara Falls.
