The biggest snowfall amounts, ranging from one to two feet, will impact western Pennsylvania, the Finger Lakes, and the Twin Tiers.

Meteorologist Kevin Williams says the heaviest part of the storm will hit most of us by Saturday afternoon and evening.

Blowing snow and low temperatures will make for tricky travel, since road salt is not as effective in the colder weather.

Williams says lows are expected to dip into the teens in most areas Sunday, with western New York in the single digits and western Pennsylvania with below zero wind chills.
