A judge could rule on Pennsylvania's controversial voter i.d. law as early as today. Last week, a commonwealth court judge heard more testimony from people who said it took them several tries to get an i.d. One woman testified it took her 3 months and 4 trips to Penndot. Commonwealth attorneys said 99 percent of people have recieved an id with little trouble, and new forms make things even easier. The judge said he may rule today, but if he doesn't, his ruling will be made no later then Tuesday.
