Whole Wheat Bread

Recipe:

3 ½ cups warm water 1 cup honey
1 cup oil
3 tablespoons dry yeast
8 cups whole wheat flour
3 eggs, beaten
¼ vit C
1 tablespoon sea salt
4 cups unbleached flour

In a large bowl. Combine warm water, honey, and oil. Add dry yeast and let set for 5 minutes. Add 4 cups whole wheat flour. Mix well, and add beaten eggs. Add vit. C and sea salt. Add remaining 4 cups whole wheat flour and mix well. Work in unbleached flour and knead until dough bounces back when poked. Divide into 5 (1 ½-lb) loaves; let double in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
