Wedding Potatoes

Recipe:

Mix together:
2 lbs. Ore-Ida hash browns
2 cups Sharp Cheese, shredded
1/4 cups Chopped Onion

Combine and pour over potato mixture:

1 cup Milk
1/2 cup melted Butter
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 cup Sour Cream

Mix all together and place in 9x13 inch greased pan and top with crushed
corn flakes or potato chips. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. This dish can be
mixed up the day before being used. It also can be frozen for later use,
or can be put in smaller baking dishes for smaller groups of people.
