Southern Style Chicken

Recipe:

4 chicken breasts
Buttermilk ranch dressing
1 cup crushed cornflakes
¼ cup Butter
¼ t. Lawry's seasoning salt
¼ t. pepper
½ t. granulated onion and garlic blend

Pour buttermilk dressing into bowl, enough to coat chicken. Let chicken sit in dressing while you sauté cornflakes. Melt butter in skillet and add cornflakes and seasonings. Stir lightly in pan and when butter is absorbed flakes are ready. In glass baking dish arrange chicken and top with cornflake mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20-25 min. Check for internal temp of 165.
