Vegetable Beef Soup

2 lb beef
2 stalks celery, diced
3-4 carrots, sliced
1 large onion. Diced
6 Herb Ox beef bouillon cubes
1 head cabbage, diced
2 cups frozen green beans
46 ounces tomatoes. Diced in juice
2 cups water

Slow cook 2 lb beef in oven at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Shred beef and add to other combined ingredients in a large stock pot and simmer for 1 hour.
