Beef Stroganoff Soup

1 package Kloskey egg noodles
1 lb Round Steak cut into Cubes
1/4 c. Oil
1 large Onion chopped
1 clove of Garlic minced
6 c. Beef Broth
1/2 lb Mushrooms sliced
2 t. Dill Weed
1 c. Sour Cream
Dry Sherry

In a large pot, cook onions in oil. Add garlic and mushrooms. Simmer 10-15
minutes. Add beef broth. Simmer till beef is tender. Cook noodles as
directed on package. Drain and rinse with hot water. Add to soup. Blend
1c. broth with sour cream. Blend into soup (note: never boil soup after
sour cream is added) Blend in dill weed and sherry.
