2 cups Fresh Spinach
1/2 cup Peppers
1/2 cup Shallots
1/2 cup Scallions
2 cups Fresh Green Peas

1/2 tsp Salt
1/6 cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Roasted Garlic
1/2 Tbsp Crushed Peppers
2 c Salad Oil
