Acini de Pepe` Fruit Salad

3/4 cup Acini de Pepe`
1 (20 oz.) can Chunk Pineapple (I use crushed or tidbits)
1 large can Mandarin Oranges
1 jar Marschino Cherries, quartered
1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
Dash of Salt
8 oz. Cool Whip ( I use 12 oz.)

Drain fruit, saving all juices. Cook Acini de Pepe` and drain.In saucepan, mix eggs, flour, and sugar. Add juices from fruits and cook until thick like pudding. Add this mixture andfruits to Acini de Pepe` and mix together. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill one hour. May be garnished with Marschino cherries and/or coconut before serving. Enjoy!!!
