Party Potatoes

Recipe:

8-10 medium to large potatoes, peeled and quartered
½ stick butter
1 (8-ounce) pkg cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
½ teaspoon garlic salt
parsley
paprika

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain. Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add butter, cream cheese, sour cream, sea salt, garlic salt, and parsley. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until potatoes are creamy. Spoon into casserole dish. Put 4-5 pats of butter on top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be made a day ahead and then baked.
