Herb Potato Wedges

Recipe:

1 tablespoon Herb blend= Thyme, Rosemary, Savory, Tarragon, Basil
¼ cup olive oil
¾ teaspoon baleine salt
5-6 large potatoes, cut in wedges

Preheat oven to 425°. In a large bowl, combine herbs, olive oil and salt. Add potato wedges. Mix well to coat potatoes. Arrange on large baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
