Dips Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 pkg. dry Knorr's Spring Vegetable mix
1 cup sour cream
2 T. onion, finely diced
1 pkg spinach, thawed and drained
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, stir in water chestnuts and dry soup mix and onion. Add thawed spinach and mix well. Serve in a bread bowl with veggies or bread pieces.
