Pina Colada Cake

1 pkg white pudding cake ix
1 15-oz can cream of coconut
1/3 cup milk
8 oz cool whip
8 oz crushed pineapple
1 cup shredded coconut

Bake cake as directed. While still warm poke holes in cake with handle of wooden spoon. Pour cream of coconut (mixed with 1/3 cup milk) into holes. Let cool. Mix thawed cool whip and drained pineapple with ½ of coconut. Spread over cake, sprinkle top with coconut. Make day ahead. Refrigerate.
