Luncha Little Bit Later

10.18.09 | Cecil Van Houten

We probably could have called the Lunch Break the "Brunch Break" for the last year, when we moved the start time up an hour to 11 a.m. weekdays.  Now, in response to listener input and overall programming considerations, we have decided to move it back to its original timeslot, 12 noon to 2 p.m.

The new order of programs in the two-hour break will be The Noon Report, brought to you by the FLN News team at 12 noon; Living On The Edge with Chip Ingram at 12:30 p.m.; a brief news update at the top of the hour at 1 p.m., followed by Focus on the Family with Dr. James Dobson; then, Walk In The Word with pastor James MacDonald.  Natalie Thomas will host music from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and guide you through the Lunch Break as well.  At 2 p.m. we invite you to listen to the new afternoon show with Kurt Goff and Jean Hetherington.

These programming changes will take place Monday, October 19th.  Our goal is to bring the best mix of programs and music to you and we hope you'll enjoy the Lunch Break each weekday, starting at 12 noon, on the Family Life Network.
