Gifts Of The Magi Review

12.12.08 |

Family Life's Performing Arts dinner theaters hit the road in November/December with "The Gifts of the Magi" - and it was an out-standing success.  "The Gifts of the Magi" reached out to eastern, central and western New York with this theater in the round performance at Davis College in Johnson City, at the Family Life Center in Bath, and closing at the Chautauqua Suites & Expo Center in Mayville, NY. The 22 members of the cast, crew & staff involved in getting this production on the road were extremely blessed by this opportunity, and are hoping to continue these types of outreach programs in the future.  Below are just a few of the many, many responses received about the program...

To God be the glory!!!

"Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much all the women from New Life Ministries in Endicott enjoyed serving at the dinner theater this weekend. It was so much fun to work together at something like that....FLN is such a blessing to this area - it is our pleasure to do what we can for you. Thanks for bringing this to our area - the production, food, set-up - everything, was wonderful!"

"THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!! for bringing your production on the road!!! The performance was excellent. Everyone should be commended for all their hard work..from the servers and food staff, the musicians, the support staff to the performers! Please consider doing this again next year!!"

"It sure was great to be able to go to a dinner theater in the Binghamton area.

Please continue this and make it a tradition. You all are so blessed with talent, thank you for all you do, God bless!"

"I wanted to thank you from bringing the show to Chautauqua.  We attended the Saturday show and were in awe.  We were amazed at the efficiency of the staff in serving dinner."

"I really enjoyed the show last Saturday.  I took my son, his wife, her mother, my daughter and my 13 year old grandson.  He was in "the best Christmas Pageant" at school and is still talking about your show.  God bless."
