Fln Welcomes New Afternoon Show

Monday, October 19th, Family Life Network welcomes Kurt Goff and Jean Hetherington to the new afternoon show. Kurt and Jean will share the hosting duties weekdays from 2 to 6 p.m. with a mix of music, humor and thoughtful comments on the day's events.
For the last two months, Karmon Wood has hosted the show, after Cecil Van Houten moved into more off-air responsibilities. FLN had been working behind the scenes for several months to bring Kurt and Jean on board. In fact, they actually made their on-air debut during our Fall Sharathon when, after only a few days at FLN, they shared the announcing and fun with the rest of the on-air staff.
Jean, his wife Karla and their family come from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jean brings years of broadcast and production experience to Family Life. Kurt, his wife Liz and their family came to FLN from Las Vegas, Nevada where we has worked in Christian radio for a number of years. Their ability to relate to listeners, their spiritual insights and their sense of humor will make afternoons a winning combination for Family Life Network.
